Matt Moltane is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP  No. 15720) and principal consultant for Strategic Safety.  Matt has been involved in the loss control and safety field since 1989. Professional work experience includes loss control and safety engineering, industrial hygiene, Best Practice Assessments, safety program development, and employee and manager training. Matt is responsible for client and business development, consulting team support, quality control and process improvement.

Adam Wilberding
Risk Control Consultant

Mr. Wilberding is an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) consultant providing risk management services to Michigan businesses since 1995. 

Mr. Wilberding has directly managed the safety programs for a number of privately-owned construction and transportation businesses in Southeast Michigan. His expertise is in general industry, construction and fleet safety (DOT compliance for commercial vehicle fleets); defensive driver training (more than 10 years as an in-house Smith System Instructor) instructing over 750 commercial drivers and 200 non-commercial drivers; active involvement with claims management and litigation as a company representative; assisting with commercial insurance program renewals; storm water inspections as a certified operator for construction and industrial facilities. He is also first aid/CPR and OSHA 30 Hour Construction certified. He is passionate about minimizing business risk in order to protect lives, property and profit.

Tracy Hazel
Risk Control Consultant, OSHA Outreach / First Aid / CPR Trainer

Tracy Hazel is a risk control consultant and safety trainer for Strategic Safety Incorporated. Ms. Hazel is a Certified Hazardous Material Technician, OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer, and Authorized Instructor Trainer for CPR and First Aid.  Ms. Hazel has been involved in the health and safety field since 1994. Professional work experience includes: Chief of Security for General Motors in Lansing, MI, and Regional Health and Safety Executive Director for the American Red Cross. 

Ms. Hazel facilitates a number of client safety trainings and is the Former Chairman for the American Red Cross Health and Safety Committee. She is an Executive Board Member for the American Red Cross, Chair Member for the Michigan Safety Conference Planning Committee (2016) and Former Chair Member for the National Safety Council. Tracy actively teaches and consults for various universities and businesses including Michigan State University, Jackson Community College, Mott Community College, DOW Chemical and Michigan Building Trades.

Ms. Hazel has relationships with many municipalities in her capacity working for the American Red Cross, which allowed her to work in every county in Michigan. Tracy continues her work as a volunteer to local and national disasters.
