Matt Moltane is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and loss control consultant with 30 years of loss/risk control and safety programming experience.  Matt founded Strategic Safety Inc. in 1996 as an independent workplace safety and loss control service company serving a variety of industries.  Professional work experience includes loss control and safety engineering, industrial hygiene, Best Practice assessments, safety program development, and employee and manager training.

Adam Wilberding is a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) consultant providing risk management services to Michigan businesses since 1995. He has directly managed the safety programs for a number of privately-owned construction and transportation businesses in Southeast Michigan. His expertise is in general industry, construction and fleet safety (DOT compliance for commercial vehicle fleets); defensive driver training (as an in-house Smith System Instructor); active involvement with claims management and litigation as a company representative; assisting with commercial insurance program renewals; storm water inspections as a certified operator for construction and industrial facilities. He is also first aid/CPR and OSHA 30 Hour Construction certified. He is passionate about minimizing business risk in order to protect lives, property and profit.
